Nose:

An expressive yet elegant single grain with delightful early aromas of freshly grated coconut, vanilla pod and white chocolate combine with a twist of citrus.

Taste:

This is clean, crisp and uplifting on the palate with a delicious and mouth-watering feel. Further elegance is added with notes of juicy, ripe tropical fruit and toffee, plus oak shavings that add a woody and drying quality. A pinch of delicate spice adds depth – think of cinnamon warmth, white pepper and clove. Crisp green apple, macadamia and hints of marzipan and marshmallow are also evident. Creamy and mellow towards the finish.

Finish:

The finish is long despite the over elegance and lightness of the whisky. The crispness is mouth-watering as the sweetness slowly fades. This allows the delicate spices to shine and warm things up.
